Export to Excel — Learn how to export risk data with formulas, formatting, and linked content intact. Export to PDF — Create professional PDF documents with custom styling and multi-page layouts. Control Column Visibility in Exports — Configure which columns appear in exports independent of display settings. Customize PDF Export Scripts — Enhance PDF output with custom rendering logic and conditional content. Add Multi-Page Images to PDF — Embed large images and diagrams across multiple PDF pages.

Export Workflow

diagram
  • Pre-filter before export — Use saved views to limit data before exporting large risksheets
  • Test PDF templates — Preview custom PDF scripts with a small dataset first
  • Verify formulas — Check that calculated columns export correctly in Excel
  • Archive exports — Store PDF exports for compliance and audit trails
Export column visibility is independent from your display view. You can hide columns on screen but include them in exports, or vice versa. Configure export visibility before exporting.
