Mediakit turns a work item’s attachments into a visual gallery. Getting there takes two steps: install the plugin on your Polarion server, then add the gallery to the work item forms that should show it.

Installation

Deploy the plugin on your Polarion server and apply a licence.

Adding the Gallery

Add the gallery section to a work item form, one work item type at a time.

Before You Start

You will need administrator access twice over: to the Polarion server filesystem, to install the plugin, and to a project’s administration, to configure where the gallery appears.

What You Get

Once both steps are done, work items of the configured types show a gallery section on their form. From it you can upload files, see images as thumbnails, open them full size, download any file, and delete files you no longer need — all without leaving the work item.
