What to Include in a Ticket
For the fastest resolution, include the following when submitting a support ticket:- App and version — Which Nextedy app and version number
- Polarion version — Your Polarion ALM version (e.g., 2404)
- Description — What you expected vs. what happened
- Steps to reproduce — Numbered steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots or logs — Browser console output, server logs, or screenshots
