Before You Troubleshoot

  1. Browser cache: Clear your browser cache and reload the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
  2. Polarion status: Verify Polarion is responding at https://polarion.demo.nextedy.com/polarion/
  3. Network: Check your VPN connection if accessing from remote
  4. User permissions: Confirm you have Editor or higher role in the project
Avoid creating, modifying, or deleting work items while diagnosing. This can mask the actual issue.
